The appearance and use of all property in Brookcliff Subdivision is governed by the Protective Covenants and Restrictions document. All exterior color/veneer changes, construction, re-landscaping, etc. must be approved by the architectural control committee.

The Covenants Committee is in place to review current covenants and by-laws and make recommendations to the Board of Directors  for any proposed changes.
