Effective March 1, 2003, Brookcliff Property Owners' Association is a permanent membership organization. All property committed for Full or Civic membership is entitled and obligated to permanent membership per the Declaration of Membership Covenants. If you are a real estate agent assisting with the potential sale or purchase of a Brookcliff home, please contact us to determine which level of membership applies.

 

A friendly reminder to those who put Brookcliff homes on the real estate market. Please disclose the membership status of your property as people show interest in a purchase, lease or rental. While agents and attorneys should do their part, we ask that you also do yours. Please do not list a home with written and/or pictorial references to our swim/tennis/recreation facilities unless you have a membership or disclose the status. If someone buys or moves into your home and then contacts us to get a pool code, we are the bad guys when we tell them they cannot use the facilities without paying the initiation and membership fees. As a reminder, buyers and renters of non-member property cannot use the pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field or nature trails.
